Dorothée MUTETELI MUSART

French of Rwandan origin. She began her career as a clerk in Rwanda after her studies at the Groupe Scolaire de Rulindo. His career as a registrar at the Court of First Instance and the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court Section led him to do training on International Labor Standards in Turin and Paris, organized by BIT (Bureau International du Travail)
Since 2000, she moved to Lyon in France, where she continued her active life in the framework of volunteering and then employed as a socio-educational worker in an association involved in social emergency, where she accompanied people experiencing exclusion. In 2009, in the diversity of the social, it was oriented in the accompaniment of people weakened by age, by health concerns or by other accidents of life such as the depressed state ... In addition, she was an active volunteer for 7 years in the AIDES association which supports people living with HIV-AIDS.
This experience led her to train as an educator, since then she works for a regional association in the context of educational accommodation for adults with disabilities who work in Specialized Work Assistance Establishments (ESAT) . Regarding her associative commitments, she is a director at AFR (Association Amitié entre les Français et les Rwandais). Her implication in France and her knowledge of women, confirmed to her that to help a woman is to help the family and the whole community. She joined Mafubo to be in solidarity with those who want to fight against extreme poverty.
